Divide that sum by 28.3, and you’ll get a number of ounces of water you should drink each day. Divide that number by 8 and you’ll see your result in cups. Needless to say, sufficient water intake is crucial for maintaining the balance of your body fluids, which is particularly important as our bodies are composed of about 60% water. Besides that, it also helps your kidneys work properly and energizes your muscles, which is why you should drink enough of it on a daily basis.
3. Be More Physically Active
Physical activity really matters – especially when you get to a certain age, so be sure you stay active no matter what your current fitness level is.
