    Sounds good! foods are always very healthy for brain health performance. 🙂 I think that cauliflower, broccoli and green leaves like cabbage are some special foods for the brain.

    Michael, excellent point. I watch a lot of cooking shows, and hot peppers, cayenne, jalapeno, Serrano are excellent sources of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. The heat from these peppers is especially beneficial as the body reacts to it like pain and increases endorphins.
